I do not take insurance. Some benefits of paying privately include more privacy in our work together. I can provide superbills at the end of each month for you to turn in to your insurance company so that you may be able to see me as an "out of network" provider for possible reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed record of payment with codes of what services were provided along with my license number. Forms of payment accepted include HSA, debit/credit, cash, and check.
Clients are expected to attend appointments as scheduled. Due to the limits in available appointment times, cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance so that the time can be made available to others. The usual session fee will be charged for no-shows and individuals who do not cancel within 24 hours.
